How Do You Say That?! with Alice King

Shownotes

In ep 196 of “How Do You Say That?!” Alice King joins Sam and Mark to talk about why “what am I feeling?” is more useful than anything else when you approach a script… How a single word first line is so tough to approach, and why directors should take note of the very last thing they say before the VO records a take.

We discuss what we mean by “a big read”, if a client wants big… and is there any way you can pull them back? Plus why fewer words are more powerful than loads.

Our VO question this week is all about how previous jobs can help your voice over experience!
