Client Brief – TourEasy are a holiday firm who wanted a trustworthy British voice for their Telephony/IVR system. They requested a friendly yet authoritative voice for their IVR voiceover, but also wanted me to suggest some alternatives to using music between the automated attendant sections.
What I did – I recorded the script they provided with the friendly and authoritative style that they requested. During the mixing stage, I experimented with birdsong which I felt would provide a much less annoying experience! My voice, combined with the relaxing sound of birdsong truly brought the whole project together.

Client Brief – Carry Cargo wanted a series of informative, friendly messages for their automated telephony system – and they needed them yesterday! The team explained their situation and requested a tight turnaround on the IVR voiceover, which I was happy to provide.
What I did – After receiving an email with the script, and the request for the job to be completed ASAP, I recorded immediately and returned the finished audio within the hour.

Client Brief – Oxford Charcoal wanted a trusted neutral British male voice for their voicemail and telephony system. In addition to the trustworthy British telephone voiceover, they also requested if I could record and mix a particular music style they had in mind for the recordings.
What I did – I sourced the music style for the client from a royalty free website and mixed it in with the friendly recording style that they had also requested. The work was sent to them promptly and the client was happy for me to produce the finished telephony audio after the first run.

Can you put the audio directly onto my telephony system?
No, I’m not a telecoms engineer and it would be better to ask your supplier to do that. I may be able to deliver in a different format for them so it’s easier for their system.
